For headers and footers, navigate to the Header & Footer group and click on Page Number. Choose Top of Page and then Plain Number 3. In the Layout tab, select Normal (1' on all sides) for your margins. For line spacing, change it to Double and ensure that the before and after spacing is set to 0pt.
